We hail from Binh Thuan, renowned for its fish sauce production in Vietnam, where the rich aroma and flavor of fish sauce have been ingrained in our memories since childhood. This distinctive essence has become an essential element in our family’s culinary traditions, as well as for many others. Fueled by these cherished childhood memories, we embarked on a journey to share the authentic taste of Vietnamese fish sauce with the world, leading to the establishment of our company, “Aus Fish Sauce,” in Australia.
